Yes! What a place. Goes on and on and on... Good prices on good product. This place must be acres big. It is so large they sell coffee. You stop by, you might be here awhile. The quality and choice of houseplants in the middle of Winter was impressive, most impressive. I kid you not. It is a fun place to walk around. I will be stopping here to watch the woods fill up with snow and purchase a plant or two. Thankyjouverymuch.
Accidentally stumbled into this place…Their plants are stunning, very well manicured and maintained. They have such a large selection, I feel like it is impossible to leave empty handed. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be shopping here from now on for all of my plant need. I live in Lake Oswego and willing to drive to shop at this nursery. Very reasonably priced as well.
This is a great place to shop for your plant needs! We went in with a picture and said this is what we are looking for. They knew what each plant was and helped up find some nice plants to put our hanging baskets together! It was cheaper than expected as well! Very friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely be returning there for more!
Incredible nursery. It’s like Disneyland for gardeners. Glad I finally made the jaunt down from Salem. The place is huge and beautifully maintained. Plants are lush and heathy. They have everything including tools, cool gifts and bonsai. I was able to get the beneficial nematodes (refrigerated) I’d been looking for to treat black vine root weevils damaging my rhododendrons and at a reasonable price. All prices seemed equivalent to the big box home improvement stores. I was thrilled to be able to add uncommon hydrangeas to my growing collection which was the initial impulse behind my trip to investigate. Turned out Garland is great fun and a wonderful resource for the casual as well as the fanatical gardener.
Garland has a great selection of everything but I want to specifically mention the houseplants for folks that, like me, love to fill their home with greenery. Garland’s houseplant selection is unmatched by any other nursery in the area. And I spend a lot of time at nurseries! The plants are healthy and happy and I can always find something new and exciting. I find the prices to be competitive as well. They’re a bit of a drive for me but a drive I’m always more than willing to make because I know I’ll likely find my current wishlist plants.

I really do love this place and have spent a ton of money here. I bought an $80 star jasmine in the fall, planted it in a perfect spot, mulched it well and it died. I was shocked when l called Garlands that they will not even give store credit. Apparently they will only give store credit if “ the plant left our facility diseased”…and how do you prove that? I am very disappointed in them.
Someone told me that a 35 mile drive to this place would be worth it and let me tell you, IT WAS!! They have everything and anything imaginable. Garden herbs, veggies, fruit, trees, topiary, house plants, flowers, succulents and all the accessories AND they were all very well taken care of. They also have great low prices. The service was spectacular, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't think of going any place else in the future. They also have a frequent buyer program. I preordered carnivorous plants for June. We knew exactly what we wanted when we went and still spent two or three hours there. There is ample parking and you don't have to walk far. They have plant carts. They take credit and debit. I would say it's worth a 50 mile drive, or more!
Garland has so much to offer, a great variety of ornamental, fruit trees, plants, seeds, and yard decor plus wonderful yard tools, gifts, cards, and bottles of wine all in a lovely setting.
The knowledgeable staff are eager to assist. A very nice nursery.
